New great patch that adds the ten missing teams for the next World Cup in South Africa! These are the added teams: Algeria, Chile, Cote D'Ivoire, DPR Korea, Ghana, Honduras, Japan, Nigeria, Serbia, and Slovakia.
You need CM10 in order to install correctly the patch. After you load the cmp file, remember you have to add the teams manually from the menu Leagues -> International (type the name of the team, then click on the "+".

its very simply, you must rename the patch from wcpatch.rar to wcpatch.cmp - thats all

I installed the patch but when I play the grass looks black and so do the player's faces. How can I fix that??
Its easy..
in cm10 go to patch ->load..
Then go to open ..and go to the location where u hav stored the "WCpatch.rar" file..e.g. desktop
then.. in file name type "WCpatch.rar"..

open n run setup before opening it,
rename wc patch.rar to wc patch.cmp by changing folder options.
1. if ur using win 7 go to properties and change its compatibility to win xp sp2
2 file open-select all,open fifa.db,open eng.db
3 then go to patch ,load
4 open wc patch .cmp
5 then click on import patch
I installed it but get wrong screen name for most of the teams (something like a string and "$not found" at the end of it.
ok then install again and try it
I tried installing in CM10 and everything went fine but i could not see anything new so i tried again and its still now there.
When importing the patch is there and boxes i need to check or change any import options because it's just not appearing for me.

If I try to play again Serbia Fifa crashes. The other teams are ok.

You're so loosy with explanations, i'll try to say the steps, copying what was said till now:

when i write WCpatch.rar , CM patch lorder says that there is no WCpatch.rar !! because it is not cmp ;;;;;;; just tell me how to change file form
This patch isnt so great, all created players have no faces and the shirts arent official (at least serbia)

None of those teams really mean anything to me, so I'll skip this one and wait for something that catches more my eye here. Good luck for the people that had trouble with this.
ok,ok to solve it just do this:
1.open CM 1o.(open fifa 10)
2.click patch(load patch)
3.there's three option(create,replace,use patch id
.So choose create if your team doesnt have in
fifa 10
4.click import button, then save.
5.close cm 10 then reeopen cm 10
6.go to league (premier league logo)
7.browse for "international"
8.at teams box type "serbia "and so on
9.if "serbia" is found,klik (+)right of the
box.
10.save cm 10. then see your team in fifa 10.

by, klik tools in cm 10 then klik "remove all
long teamnames"
